On thanksgiving day, I had a start. Something unexpected brought joy to my heart. I was preparing for our turkey feast, when I spied a friend who I thought was deceased! The chances were nil, or so I thought, you can't imagine the joy I got. The realization was such a thrill that across the ceiling crept my escaped pet Jill! She's now cozy at home, and tucked in her bed. She's warm, and safe, and on a mosquito fed. I'll have to let her free I know, but for the time being my heart doth glow.
We also got a full spread of grinding plates, and sausage stuffers. The look of happiness on a childs face is what parents live for. Oh, and we also made a ram rod for the meat grinder. It's made out of white oak, and heavy enough to bludgeon someone to death. I call her Bertha.
