I realize that my blog is not the most popular. It is designed for a rapidly dwindling segment of the world's population: people that can read more than 140 characters. ?(Hey: emoji- boy, I'm hip!). But you two are enough followers. Hopefully one of you doesn't give up and switch to videos.
While I'm gone, Budge is learning a new language. He is studying the native tongue of Joni Mitchell and Neil Young. He is learning to speak Canadian. As one Canadian put it "Canadiens are unarmed Americans with health care". I think you just have to add "Eh" at the end of every sentence unless you're Quebecois.
On to the blog, eh!
Come to think of it, I did sort out some bureaucracy with the USCG regarding the certification of the "Dog". It's home port will be Yellow Springs, Ohio, a quaint landlocked village in southwestern Ohio straddling the banks of the Yellow Springs Creek, which flows into the Little Miami River which flows into the Ohio river, which flows into the Mississippi river, which flows into the ocean (Hah!). I had to submit a couple more forms (it is the government, after all). The process is listed in their notices as being worked on (Hah!). They are really friendly over there.
Oh, and I did retire Ol' Crusty: My epoxy encrusted, dropped-too-many-times Nikon Cool Pix 6000S camera and brought out the Nikon Cool Pix 7000S camera. I am sure the pictured will be better now. It's 1000 times better: S7000 - S6000 = 1000.
