I attempt to progress. The cosmic forces laugh. Wind was involved. If you remember (I can't) I was working on the steering vane and making sure that it was in top shape. The wind kicked up. The temperature plummeted. The unheated shop space hindered me from working on the vane. We had some damn fierce winds that gusted to 45 mph (C=MC⅛ in metric). This rattled the fabric of the universe and whatever was not secured well enough.
The big blow was not kind to the unattended boats. This local abandoned boat beat up the dock and filled with water. Boats require love and attention, more than spouses. It got interesting trying to access my boat for a while until they put in some planks. Now I walk the plank.
The wind generator support came loose in the fierce winds and the generator rotated 180° from vertical up to vertical down. It took two days for the weather to calm down enough where I could manhandle the whole shebang out of the water and hose it off with fresh water. Oh boy, another something to fix.......................
