"Our lives are like a fourteen room house. Sometimes we are in one of the rooms and sometimes we're in the basement building a bomb trying to blow the whole damn thing up."
There is a quote I heard once and never was able to find it again. I think it was by Arthur Miller:
"Our lives are like a fourteen room house. Sometimes we are in one of the rooms and sometimes we're in the basement building a bomb trying to blow the whole damn thing up."
I epoxy coated that. I painted that.
I epoxy coated that. It's my USCG number. No you can't call it from your phone.
I stuck on the official name and hailing port on the boat. I made a video of me sticking it on with a special guest star (for those of you that can't read, it says "DOG). I sealed the edges of the letters with edge seal. It's on the video channel, if you're stuck on that.
In the cosmos, the passage of time is marked by the equixoxes, the calendar, the seasonal change or the arrival of the seasonal birds. Around the ol' boat yard the passage of time is measured in the regular cadence of the flat tires on the travel lift. I have been here for three flats. I hope my time to leave will be half past 3 flats.
I painted 3 coats of white on the nav station top. I have plans for this...................
I fiddled with the gaffs. Now why would you set the measurements of the holes that have to be drilled by their juxtaposition of the sails on the gaffs? Grumble, grumble, drag the sails out and open them up. Stuff the gaffs into the sail pockets and mark the end of the sail tops and the holes that have to be drilled. Grumble, grumble goddam designers...........those damn things are heavy and bulky.
One more time. All together, now...........REBUILD THE SANDER!
The new bike seat came in. No longer is it the sweet nutcracker.
Huh, who dat? Oh, it's Budge down for the final count of trips to the coast. You can tell he's happy to be here. Soon he leaves for his new lifestyle adventures. Look for him on u2b.
He worked on the wind generator mast. He assembled the wind generator.
Beautiful............it didn't spin.........too much drag somewhere.
I took it back apart. Something's hanging up.
Budge ran the wires to the back if I ever get the damn thing to spin,
This for the pure joy. If you can find this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VltCsp_aw7w&feature=youtu.be listen to it. lose yourself in the euphoria.
