Figuring The Figurehead, Registering The Registrations, Splashing The Rubber Puppy And Perfecting The Step And Stoop

A busy period of time when time is fluctuating. I cannot say that that's what happened this week as I am not totally assured that that is the correct measurement of this period of time. I have been busy.

Everything surrounding me needed registration. My passport is on the verge of expiration. I sent off the package and check only to have it returned due to the fact that eyewear is forbidden in passport pictures although my last passport showed me wearing my glasses. I'll get another photo made.

I also had to send off the proper forms to renew my drivers license. Another two inch photo required. This time glasses were OK (so far).

I also went through the process of obtaining a title and registration of my yacht (?????) tender  and motor. Both needed titled in Texas but not in Ohio. The motor is a 1972 model whose documentation was lost in the annals if time.

I finally affixed the port figurehead and am about to finish it up. Of course it was complex. Ben says that the god of wind is also a Phoenix!
So, newly titled, I blew up the blowuppable boat. It came with a foot pump to inflate it. Playing old time country music helped with the whole foot stomping procedure. It being the dinghy of the dingy Dog, I decided to name it the "Rubber Puppy"

That's it for this episode. I continue to perfect my step and stoop techniques. This is the process of moving around on the boat. The cockpit roof is about 6' 3" high and i can stand up in it nicely. But when  I have to leave the cockpit, I must step up onto the seat about 18"up while bending over so I don't bump my head. Then I have to step up another 3" while stooping lower to clear the rolled up canvas side doors. Those side wings on the boat cover the hatches but not standing room so I have to stoop when moving under them. I am the the stooped stupid.

In case you need to blow up a boat with a foot pump.
