This is what those loooong stringers look like clamped to the boat. We still have to sand them smooth and glue them on. We were not happy with the way the long side stringers looked along the top side of the boat aft so we have been adjusting the line along the top aft by cutting down the sides a bit. We started working on the fore and aft deck support stringers so we can make the decks. The bulkheads are notched when we first made them. we had to make some reinforcing boards to support the deck stringers We had to adjust the deck supports to make it work with the new lines, thus slowing progress. We are ready to glue the fore deck stringers and may get the aft adjusted correctly today. You can see that it gets a might complex. Luckily, the tolerances are not tight, as the mixed epoxy glue fills in a lot of gaps and needs a bit of space. We Have a saying Ecamos! (epoxy covers a multitude of sins). You can see the front supports way back in the picture that are ready to be glued. The aft is a bit more complex. and involves a hatch support. The front is designed as crash protection. The boat is designed to be as safe as possible. The bulkheads isolate each cabin so that, if one gets a hole in it, the boat will still float!
