A week of small stuff, most of which I can't remember. I worked on re-tying the dock lines. When those north wind blow the boat rubs against the dock pillars.

Ummmmmmmmmm

Stand up! OK, everybody march!!

I finished up a bunch of stuff. A couple of cockpit lights that were amazingly aggravating. Why when you add "boat" into the equation you enter into a strange universe where nothing is easy. I did other stuff. I fixed the blinking light in the refrigerator. Don't ask, it's  still blinking.

I am not attuned to the world of boats. Boat folk will look at a boat and comment on the lines and configuration. This mostly escapes my comprehension of beauty. I slowly have evolved my own concept of beauty in regards to boats. Guess which of the two boats I appreciate the most?

Cat T Cat disappeared on Saturday. He didn't come home, something normal to cats, but not this one. Sunday morning found him still not found (unfounded?). I was confounded. I started looking for him. I made several excursions. I  recruited the local chapter of the Baker Street Irregulars to search. Those home schooled kids will do anything for stimulation. Sunday night we heard  faint mewing from the closed restaurant. We couldn't locate him. Finally Monday morning a concentrated search found him locked in the restaurant. It turns out the park owner had the restaurant blessed. Of course Cat being Cat, he wandered in with them and they didn't notice and locked him in. I located a key and let him out. He ate a lot.

So a happy Christmas again from me and ol' sandy claws.
